What to Expect

We make every effort to admit each person scheduled for admission, though at times personal circumstances or medical needs may prevent us from proceeding. 1. An administrative process for completing all required paperwork and the creation of your client file
  2. A clinical process conducted by an Assessment Specialist that will result in your treatment recommendation, based on your individual needs and goals
  3. A urine drug screen and/or alcohol breath test, to determine any potential for withdrawal risk
  4. A Tuberculosis test
  5. Securing and documenting prescription medications
  6. Introduction to your treatment community and time to settle in

If possible, please be prepared with the following documentation:

  • Proof of Salt Lake County residency
  • Drivers license or other forms of identification
  • Proof of income
