We are hiring a full-time Admissions Coordinator in Salt Lake City, Utah!

The Admissions Coordinator facilitates admissions for FSH residential facilities. This includes all services-related liaison duties, processing referrals, attending in-person meetings with community referents and stakeholders, screening prospective clients, and maintaining the services waitlist.

  • Pay Ranges from $40,000 - $42,000 per year

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Assists Admissions Manager in maintaining target census for residential substance use disorder treatment.
  • Assists the Admissions Manager in maintaining the services waitlist and waitlist reporting to public and private entities.
  • Prepares all prospective clients for admission and intake for FSH residential facilities. Coordinates admissions schedule with operations staff, prospective clients, and/or their referents.
  • Transport clients
  • Functions as a liaison between FSH and funding providers, the public, outside agencies, and prospective clients.
  • Engages in proactive outreach to existing and new referent entities to coordinate referral and intake to FSH services.
  • Receives & processes referrals from funding providers, agencies, & self-referrals.
  • Maintains contact with referrals & their representatives. Maintains log of referrals. Coordinates admissions dates and times with agencies, representatives, and prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse field preferred
  • Knowledge of the Salt Lake County Behavioral Health provider health network preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
